Dear HDFC, I had availed 2 wheeler loan no.1276147 in 2005. While the entire amount has been cleared, I have yet to receive the NOC for obtaining the necessary documents. 10 years is a very long time for your bank to complete the process. Please do ensure that the NOC is issued to me to enable me process my RC book.
