HDFC Bank — Non Co-operation of Sales Staff for refund of stamp duty | |
The Sales staff of HDFC Bank Ltd. Akola had approached me for C.C. limit for my Small Scale Industry a few months back. After submitting all the papers, they would approach me for some extra documents every day. I had asked them to demand all the documents at a time but every time they insisted that this was the last paper. After signing the final agreement on Stamp paper which they had got franked in Nagpur, they again demanded some extra security which they had not demanded earlier. I had got fed up with them so I asked them to cancel the Loan and refund the stamp duty. Even after 3 months, they have not even filled up the form to get the refund. Every time the concerned person i.e. Chetan Joshi tells that the site is not opening. I even complained to his boss and the branch manager. He had promised that he would follow up and get the work done. Even today when I complaine to his senior I got the same reply. When I tried opening the site, it opened in a second.
The sales staff are only interested in completing their targets and when it comes to giving service they do not want to INVEST time in that as they can utilize the time to target another Consumer (with false promises of a good service) and then leave him high and dry.
In this age of eBanking, if the person cannot download a form from the net (Which a 5 year can do), he does not deserve to work in a bank Was this information helpful? | |
