Hi, Would like to inform you that I applied for hdfc credit card since 1 month but I didn't get yet. I have submitted all the required hard copies 2 times to your executive. Now the time I checked my status is showing residence proof still require. I have word with with customer care they said I need to be send residence proof at you chennai head office due to this it has been on hold. My office verification has been done by bank already. Now I got message from bank end this "Dear Applicant Your HDFC Bank CreditCard appl [protected]N1 is takenup for re-processing. We will confirm status in 7 days". My request you to please look into this. If possible please arrange any one to collect rest of the documents which you require finally. Please find the attachment of my residence proof.
