[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Not processing the dd on same day

Please clarify the reason that as we applied DD (DD No.871729 ) of Allahabad Bank on our A/c - [protected] & DD (DD No.871730 ) of Allahabad Bank on our A/c - [protected] to the HDFC Bank, Arhat Bazar Branch Dehradun, dated - 12 Feb 2015 at 11:30 pm So, why till not DD was cleared or even till now we didnt get any info / message for this. And for the same we are continously contacting their but not getting proper response. Just due to this our transactions were stopped. Not only we are getting problem, from this our Client was also getting problem. Also this same delay in work was also happen earlier on 3 Jan of same year .
For this we required a proper reason that for not clarifying the Cheque/ DD as on correct date and not processing the DD . And as there is some more delay then we should take a legal action on this. Please tell the proper follow up.
