[Resolved] HDFC Bank — OTP Not receiving ;poor service | |||
I am using an NRE Account of HDFC BANK, As I live out of india, whenever I try to use net banking for transactions sometimes i get OTP and sometimes not. I informed customer care many times and everytime they say there was a problem and its fixed now. I am fed up with this issue as it stuck and make me loss many times because urgent transactions could not be done. Poor service, Planning to change the bank Was this information helpful? | |||
