[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Passbook not given by branch persons | |||||
I am having account in chidambaram hdfc bank.. Now i am in saudi arabia.. Recently i opened nri account in this branch..In this account opening kit not having pass book and atm pin also.. Today my family persons went to the branch with proper id card of mine to get the atm pin and the passbook, the branch persons not ready to give that to my family persons they simply told we only give that to the account holders only.. Please clarify me how is possible to come to india from saudi arabia for a single passbook and atm pin.. Thank you.. Was this information helpful? | |||||
Jul 18, 2016 Complaint marked as Resolved today i have received my atm pin and i have received call from the chidambaram hdfc manager they are asking sorry for the inconvenience and the problem is solved now ...i am sincierly thank to all of your team recording my isssue... thank you HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||||

the hdfc chidambaram branch persons assure that your ATM pin we received so we will send that to your corresponding mailing home address .. now almost one weeks gone still they keep my ATM pin in chidambaram Branch Code :
