[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Personal loan

I have been closed two no. PL recently A/C no. 35590183 & 33705078. I have taken these Loan through the third party(Ms. Muskan, Iqwal and Harshit pandey). at the time of taking loan these third party says to me that if you closed the loan after 12 months there is no any penalty with you.
but at this time when I closed the loan HDFC bank posed the penalty Rs.50.000(approx) on me. regarding this matter i talked to third party, they says to me Ist you deposit the loan along with penalty after that HDFC bank return you penalty money with settlement.
But after a long time no refund will be given by HDFC bank to me. if this blunder with me then no one belive on third party and HDFC bank.
so please take the necessary action like that no body can not misguide the costumers. I am waiting for your positive response.

We confirm that foreclosure charges on personal loans are applicable on principal outstanding ( as on the date of foreclosure) and this information is duly updated on the web site as well (www.hdfc bank.com ). In case, however, a lower foreclosure charge was committed in writing by any authorized representative of the Bank, kindly make it convenient to share the same for our further investigation and action in the matter.
