[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Poor services and response | |||||
First i applied for cheque book in may month and now july is about to go and i am fighting for getting my cheque book. Hdfc bank team is so smart that they cant even update the customer address so after looking their response someone suggest me that these guys just throw the paper in dustbin so apply online for addresss update and its done now. Then again i applied for cheque book and followed process and get the drop mail from my nearset branch but again after 7 days of wait i acme to know that my cheque book cant delivered to my address. Is this hdfc bank??? I am surprise no one is worry for customer satisfaction??? I got so many things via speed post at my home?? Shame on you guys that you are not even confirm to delivery agencies whether they deliver at customer address or not??? This situation is like worst nothing to say on this casual approach??? They must have sent it through speed post. Mast ram masti mein aag lage basti mein... Thosusand of call i receive regarding to get credit card but what i need is not update to me... I am really fed up... Please send me or give my cheque book either on official address at ghaziabad or nearest modinagar hdfc branch...
