You people have deducted inr 115 from my savings account on today in the name of "programmanagement fee jul-sep16 121016". what is it for? i haven’t subscribed any new services from your bank. the services and it's fees you guys imposed on customers without their consent. do revert it. else we will report to banking ombudsman. this is totally unacceptable.
