There was a deduction of Rs 115 for PROGRAMMANAGEMENT FEE JUL-SEP16 121016 on 15th October 2016 in my account. What is it for - and why am I being charged for any service I never used ? Being a classic customer - I am still being charged for any kind of imps or neft transfer. If there is any kind of service activated on my account and it's chargeable - atleast I should get notified before it's associated with my account. My first company open a salary account in hdfc bank some1year back but i never used that account, recently i got message from hdfc bank my main balance -3, 000INR. Before i dnt get any warn messages then how can they deduct balance. this is to much.. please take any action about this.. please closed my HDFC bank account.
