What is PROGRAMMANAGEMENT FEE JUL-SEP16 121016? In this head, Rs. 115 has been deducted on 15-Oct-2016. I have not subscribed for any service. This charge has been deducted without providing any notification. Clarify and refund ASAP. I do not want to be part of any such program.
