Dear Sir, My question is still same.Please provide answer... 1st Question: I am having one SB account no. . I have avail medium locker since 2012. They have deduct every year on 1st April @ 1250 Rs as base rate. But on 1st April-15 they deducted 3000 Rs. Due to this my minimum balance are effected ...goes to under 10000 Rs. Why without intimation you have deduct 3000 Rs? 2nd Question : Without intimation how you will revised the charges 1250 Rs to 3000 Rs? 3rd Question : Due to this minimum balance goes under 10000 Rs, Who will pay penalty? Please rectify the amount on urgent. I have deactivate SMS insta alert but not deactivate email communication. I have not received any email regarding the same. I was try to contact local branch Manager: Berhampore Laldighi Branch (IFSC Code: 0639) is on leave. Others employees are not listing any word. Please do the needful.
