[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Regarding New Account opening

I was visit your Sivasagar Baranch (Assam) for open a salary Account. But your Branch Manager refused to create salary account. He said that I have only offer letter not appointment letter. After then I requested an Executive to create a savings account but his respond was very poor and ignored my request. I am really very disappointed by the stuff of your Branch. At that time it was very important to me to have a hdfc account as my company tie up with your bank.
Hope next time will not happen this type things.
