Dear Sir, I have worked for HDFC Bank for approx 1 year. As per my offer letter during my joining, it was mentioned that either I serve 90 days after resignation or pay short period served salary. My last working day as 5th January 2013 and also informed to HR that they can take remaining short period salary amount from my salary account. I have taken many follow ups but still not received my relieving letter. After serving for more then 1 and half year, I am not receiving my relieving letter and Experience letter.
