HDFC Bank — Re:settlement of credit card

Dear Sir, This is to inform you that after repeated phone calls and quiries no one is helping me out to settle my card. And HDFC had hold my funds in my savings account and sent a letter to me. But repeatedly I was calling in that number even I am calling to your credit card payment office also. But no one picking up the phone. I am jobless my father is suffering illness, my mother in law is undergoing cancer treatment. Now if you take all the money I will be no where. Please help me.
