HDFC Bank — reversal of late fee and finance charge

I am using HDFC credit card no. [protected] it is always showing as overdue for payment i had word with collection team in the month of December they told me there will not be any dues left once you paid Rs. 7000 which i have already paid and now every month i am getting late payment charges and finance charge. i am using this card since 4 -5 years and if you check the payment history you will come to know that there is no over due.
