Hello, my name is Akshay. I have a Credit card with HDFc and I have to close it and it is not in use for 6months and I have due of some 170₹. I'm calling the settlement number as given by phone agents non one is answering the call. I would like to settle and close the card. Can I go to a branch and do that? I'm live in Bangalore.
