[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Sharing of personal data with third party vendors

This is to complaint about mr. Krishna yadav, an employee hired by hdfc bank for managing clients with loan requests
Indulged and committed breach of data protection by sharing my contact details to a third party vendor for axis bank.
Ms. Ekta kothari from the third party loan vendor has confirmed that the contact details were shared with her by mr. Yadav.
This is to my knowledge and it also holds a higher risk now that other such confidential data may have also been shared or sold to her or similar
Third party vendors.

Hence i requested the branch manager payal kataria to please get back to me once internally discussed what kind a compensation
Will be provided by hdfc bank to me for such a heinous mistake when bank takes ownership of customers data.

Neither was i compensated nor any action was taken against the employee.

As a bank hdfc takes ownership of customer's data and privacy protection, if they cant do the same i think they do not hold any right of continuation of business.
