[Resolved] HDFC Bank — They opened my account with wrong name and now refuses to do changes so. | |||
Very bad experience with hdfc have to face a problem because I don't have a surname they refused to update my name . I don't how people have suggested me HDFC . I never knew people were unprofessional up to this extend Told by your employee "We don't have a policy to open a account for people with no surname" Yes and government has a policy to update me with a passport, aadhar card, pan card, voters ID and driver's licence without a surname .
