[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — TPT cash txn charges

Hi, My account got deducted TPT transaction charges 3 times, on 17th april and 19th april.(Rs.112) each time.Please let me know the reason and refund the same.

Hello, Am amount of 224.72/ is deducted from my account as "TPT cash txn
charges" without any prior information. No mail alert is received for
the same.I want to know on what basis this has been done. More over i didnt do any 3rd party transfer this month. Where should i complaint about the same? Nothing was mentioned regarding this extra charge when I
1) opened my salary account
or
2)opened my savings account or
even when i took a credit card from your bank.
I really like to know about this so that I can decide whether I should continue using your service or not.

101211 from your bank without any prior notice and which was not
deducted previosly. This is a unnecessary deductions so kindly reverse
my amount back to my account otherwise i have to close my account
because other banks don't charges these kind of taxes like yours.
how can you ppl deduct in 2014 for the year 2013. Kindly refund my

Hi Team,

This is inform you that they deducted 112.00 rupees (Sep 2013 and OCt2013) from my HDFC saving account as per TPT charges. This is unnecessary charges from same side. No other banks deducts TPT charges for same.
Kindly refund my deduct ammont in my account otherwise I will close my account.
