HDFC Sub: Invalid Transaction Dear Sir, With reference to the subject stated above, I want to bring to your kind notice the below mentioned facts: I have done online transition on 14/11/2013, Transition id 568387 (for Air tel bill payment Rs. 500) but transaction declined .I have generated below Complaint but still not credit amount Rs. 500 Please find below Complaint id with mail & net banking Transition id 568387 Reference number[protected],[protected] and[protected] Net banking Mailbox Reference number [protected] Regarding account number please check above Reference No So I request you to look into the matter and take necessary action accordingly so that the above amount may be credited to my account immediately. I have checked mail but still not credit my Rs. 500
Dear Sir,
I have written phone banking complain on 14/11/2013, 27/11/2013, 05/12/2013
Complain NO: 696037, PELC [protected] and PELC [protected] AND
2 complain from net backing /direct mail.
Regarding Invalid transition on no: 696037
But still given positive reason till date, If you are not resolve my problem after this mail, will go to customer court with proof.
