[Resolved]  HDFC Bank — Unethical Behaviour

Complaint Number on HDFC: BALC[protected] My mobile number is not updated even after 15 days of account creation. Without Mobile number associated to the account, i'm unable to receive OTP for funds transfer or even can't add accounts. So i raised a complaint regarding this High Priority and later when i'm asking for the update they are simply hanging up the phone on me and it happened TWICE. I even entered clearly in the account opening form, but why they are taking so much time wasting my time and upsetting me. This is truly and very unethical behavior, asking details is a CRIME?

Resolved on the next day. But their behavior is still unacceptable.They have to change their ethics towards the customers.
HDFC Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

I've had a thought of taking Credit Card in my mind, now they are just vaporized by their PATHETIC SERVICE.
