[Resolved] HDFC Bank — Unethical behaviour from the credit card team | |||
I have cancelled my card last december because of the annual fee which was imposed without my knowledge, i have sent the soft copy, hard copy of the demolished card and the letter signed by me, i am totally surprised to see a pdn notice from third party lawyer, which i got recently asking me to pay rs5, 000 because of failure to clear my outstanding amount, i have asked the statement from the bank which i didn't get still, they keep forcing me to send a mail to grievance team and they take 7-9 working day's team which add's up interest on my account, these things started after me telling that i am in us, these words are from the hdfc person in call with a laughing note "it's just $100 for you people, why cant you just throw that and close the dispute"... Is this the way to speak to the customer???. Now i am left with no choice, i have sent a mail by cc'ing all the board members of hdfc bank, i am ready to pay any outstanding amount which i left with the interest, but not their annual fee, lawyer fees. What the hell is this from last few months bank didecting 3rd party cash txn inc st & ec rs 115
I have forgot my credit card net banking user ID.My credit card last four degit is 1127, So pl. send me my credit card net banking user ID to my register mobile no. or email account.
IMPS Reference no:[protected], IMPS fund transfer done on 19 September 2016, for 30000 INR .The transaction got timed out and not got any acknowledgment about where the money lost!!!. My account debited immediately!!!. Please provide proper redressal .Kindly acknowledge how to get the money back into the account.
