HDFC Bank — Welcome kit missing welcome letter and debit card for new bank account. | |||
Dear Sir, I opened a bank account from Noida, Sector-61, Shopprix mall branch. I received my welcome kit on 31 july 2015. My welcome kit is missing the following important items and i can't do anything without these important items for my bank account: Missing items are : 1. Welcome letter ( It has the customerid) 2. ATM cum debit card. The bank official missed welcome letter and atm card to put in my welcome kit. Kindly short out this issue asap. My trust has already gone with HDFC bank for suck kind of mistake.
