Hi, I had made several attempts earlier to provide me hard copy of the statements but never received it, customer care executives name vijay from chennai always backed stating they are sharing and this to and fro of information gave a heavy load to my bill. I paid my outstanding bill last year 2015 and asked to cancel my credit card which im not using for the past 2 year. Suddenly from customer care asked to clear the due i was explaining them but thgey are arguing with me every time as they didn't intimated me properly the procedure. Now they are forcing me to pay the due and threatening me. I wanted to know how i clear all my due and bank statement for the amount which i paid. Was this information helpful? | |||||
