HDFC Bank — Wrong charges deduction

I am getting deduction under "ADHOC STMT CHGS INCL ST & CESS 250715" ctagery. This catagery is for demat account. If i dont have demat account how can this deduction is possible from my account no? My Balnace: 19.42 Rupee Now: -111.68 Rupee [protected], MYSORE, KARNATAKA Please do the needful.
