HDFC Bank — Wrong NEFT not refunded | |||
By mistake I remitted Rs15000 through NEFT from my Allahabad Bank Account on 02/07/2015 to my son's expired HDFC Bank Credit Card no [protected]. UTR no - ALLAH[protected]. Till now I have not received refund. My bank is not updated about fate of transaction. Email from my bank to HDFC NEFT dept is unanswered. Please guide me & help me in recovering the amount.
