HDFC Bank Ergo — Cancellation of HDFC ERGO Policy

Dear Sir, I am using HDFC credit card . On 10th of June I got call from 140 no series. A lady told me about insurance policy.I told her that I have no interest in Accidental policy but she told me that is compulsory and totally refundable. After activation of policy I asked to HDFC credit card customer care . They told me that there is no refund in policy and not mandatory policy in credit card. Then I called to HDFC ERGO customer care regarding cancellation of policy on 11th June. He gave me request no 11714632 and Policy ref no PN[protected] and told me that if i cancelled policy within lookup period then whole amount will be refunded. Next day got call from HDFC ERGO for confirmation of cancellation. I recieved the call and request them to cancel the policy. They told me that it will be cancelled within 10 days. But now I am getting again from 140 no. series. A lady name priya is talking very rudely that policy cann't be cancelled and if you cancelled than no amount will be refunded. I want to know why policy cann't cancelled. I have raise request on 11th June then whole amount will be refunded.
