My policy number is [protected] which is due for renewal on 21 apr-16 and below mail i have received from bank:

We would like to bring to your notice that your motor insurance policy reference number [protected] is due for renewal on 21-apr-2016. We request you to kindly renew your policy before expiry date to continue enjoying the benefits and coverage under the policy. Please note your renewal premium amount is rs. 6690.


But while making payment premium was showing 10700 rs and i spoke to customer care they said we dont give complete premium charges it was not as [per your policy zero dep renewal amount you have to pay what is showing on payment gateway what stupid system is this i request to all not to take this policy they are such cheaters.

I am going to lodge a case on consumer court
