HDFC Bank Ergo General Insurance — I phone 6 insurance claim rejected because of third party reason

Ir mera naam ankit kalra hai main apne i phone 6 insurance ke liye complain karna chahta hu hdfc ergo general insurance company sir mene ye iphone 6 16 gb 22/03/2016 ko faridabad sector 15 hotspot se bajaj finance se finance karwake 10 installments me liya tha sir ye phone mere bade bhai ne mujhe dia tha uske baad ye phone mere gaadi se bahar nikalte hue gir gya jo ki maine insurance company ko btaya unhone mujhe bola ki aap apna repair karwa lijiye hum aapko insurance de denge jitna bhi repair me aapka lagega fir mujhe apple showroom in crown interior walo ne ek replace karke mujhe naya i phone 6 de dia jiska jiske unhone mujhse 24000rs liye ki aapke 28 working days me aapke paise vapas mil jayenge sir aapse request hai ki aap meri complain pe action le aur mera claim please vapas dilwane ki poori sahayata kare main aapko saare documents send kar rha hu jo mere is i - phone 6 se related hain sir koi bhi agar aapko mujhe revert dena ho to aap mujhe [protected] jo is phone se registered number hai aur meri mail id ankit. [protected]@gmail.com pe revert kar sakte hain

Please find the documents for my i-phone repair which is covered under policy no. Im0072851 in the name of shanky kalra by hdfc ergo.

All the needed documents are attached same will be couriered on the concerned address.

Please revert on my complaint and please resolve this issue from hdfc ergo insurance company please please revert me main bahut jyada fas gya hu sir ye insurance k chakkar me aake please mujhe mere paise vapas Dilwa dijiye 👏🏼
