HDFC Bank Ergo General Insurance — Unable to get policy document after 2 months of application and deducting money for 1 month back | |||
Hi, I initiated my motor insurance through HDFC bank ITIPL road (thru cross selling exercise by the Branch manager) on Feb/16th. Twice they came for vehicle check and deduct money from my bank on March/30th. After 5 reminder still I didn't get the insurance document. I raised follow and and on April/25th I am told that money is refunded and document is incomplete and which is completely untrue.. People I am discussing is Abhay acarya, hemanth of HDFC ergo. KG Road branch.. ITPL road - HDFC bank : Shailaja, Amardeep (Branch manager) who is completely helpless.. Completely no response.. I am irritated with service... is there any law firm that can help me to sue this guys... Was this information helpful? | |||

I had applied for motor insurance purchase post a cross selling by HDFC bank through paper application...
I dont get an update on the status of the application and neither i get any information regarding policy.
