HDFC Bank — worst service | |||
Dear sir, Account no-[protected] Name-S.Muruganandam I applied for insurance policy for child named as crest before one month but till yet I didn't get any approval/mail/invoice for the above said policy. I opened that policy in home town ariyalur, tamilnadu, India I'm asking the branch manager continuously to update the status but he refused to do so. I'm maintaining account for more than six years, that's why I planned to open one insurance policy but their really making me afraid to insure my money. I invested Rs.50000 for that policy for that I got only one test message PSE find below the message for your reference, Dear Customer, pls note important details regarding your insurance Application No.[protected]; INR 50000 premium payable on Annual mode for 5 year(s). TnC apply-HDFC Life Overall I kindly request you to cancel my policy and refund my money at the earliest. If it is not so definitely I'm in idea of approaching consumer court.
