Hi Sir, I need your assistance in regards to my HDFC Home Loan account[protected] running since march 2008 and its a floating home loan. Every time when RBI increases the ROI it gets reflected on my Loan account immediately but if the ROI decreases, I am asked to pay conversion rate to decrease it on my loan account. Can you please suggest they have charged me thousand of rupees for the same. I am attaching an email from HDFC officer for written proof.
