HDFC Bank — Incorrect charge on my card

I am not receiving any response on this from [protected]@hdfcbankregalia.com. Have called the HDFC concierge desk twice and requested an escalation on 24th July... no response yet...

I am being charged 650 in my current statement.
I have clearly mentioned that this transaction did not go through, in my earlier email.

I expect someone to read my mails carefully and revert.
If you are charging me 650 for a ticket booking which did not go thorugh, provide me the voucher number and i'll pay it.

Its really frustrating to spend time calling the desk and typing emails.
I am just one step behind to cancel this card if i still dont get any response on this.

I tried to book movies tickets on 16th June, and got an internal error after entering my OTP, twice.
I then called the Concierge helpline and a lady help me book the tickets. Confirmation attached below.
I have been incorrectly charged for the 2 bookings which did not go through.
The lady on the phone also confirmed that there were no bookings reflecting.
The seats i tried to book (unsuccessfully) were M1 & M2 in the first go and then M3&M4 in the second go. these seats were occupied in the movie hall. I finally got M5&M6 (as in the confirmation below)

Can this be please addressed ASAP and the charges be reverted?
