HDFC Bank Smart Buy — Refund not received - customer care people not educated about solving issues | |||||
I was made power bill payment transaction through HDFC smartbuy on Dt :[protected] smartbuy take my 1706 rs but my power bill was not payed at bill desk, and i just called to HDFC smart buy customer care 6 times and i register 4 complaints, every time they lied to like it will refund in 24 Hrs. Its has been 35 days i didn't received my refund. please Help me Was this information helpful? | |||||

We have raised a chargeback for the disputed transaction. As per Visa/MasterCard TAT, the referred amount will get credited to your account by June 28, 2016, provided we do not receive any valid proof of transaction from the acquiring bank.
However, in case we receive a proof of the transaction from the acquiring bank, the same will be sent to the branch where your account is held.
