Dear hdfc team,
This mail is in regards to harassment by hdfc credit card collection team, where as i have already made payment on 05th july 2016.
I want to bring your kind notice than as i am not getting proper service and paper bills from hdfc team end, where as in last year- i was getting all service on time.
I am chasing to hdfc customer care & technical team since last 03-04 months for paper bills and online portal password request but no one has provide solution…..as on 07th july 2016- i am getting harassment and enforced calls from hdfc credit card team for bill payment, where as i already did it.
Now hdfc team have sent me a bill of late fees and interest charges of inr 1100 approx where their credit team is asking to make for payment-minimum amount due . really it’s a question on hdfc service, where they are not ready to listen my complaints and providing wrong bills to me.
If you check my calls logs, i always call to customer care and i ask for outstanding amount then i make payment.
Now i don’t want to keep relation with credit card banking service as their regular failures, request you to please close my credit card asap.
