we have booked a flat with HDIL in 2011 after 4 years of waiting we are yet not handed over possession of flat booked and on the contrary they are pressurizing us to pay 10 lakhs more and buy another flat in their complex as they can't deliver the possession of flat booked due to some pwd matters.
