HDIL — TO seek immediate possession or Full compensation as written in email to hdil

I sold my 3 properties to pay installments of hdil in time. i asked orally and by emails to hdil to inform me, if any delay in possession, so that i can delay sale of my properties. But these corrupted, selfish people didn't care to inform me. and i sold at throw away price. Later on prices increases drastically. I would have been earned handsome profit if sold later on. Due to hdil i suffered heavy loss aprox 75 lakhs.. But hdil didn't care to reply to atleast one of my hundreds of emails 4 years to complete but still waiting for possession. On site work is totally stopped. He is liar. Giving different excuses at different times from lack of sand to lack of labors. They have earned handsome by corruptions in previous govt time.But denying for compensation??
