My wife bought a lipstick worth of 599 from kumar swamy layout bangalore health and glow store at 7.48pm on 1st july but I didn't like it and we went for exchange after 1/2 hour but staff named sarita and sarapa denied to exchange and told me that I can exchange only after 12 hrs.but nowhere in the bill it's written that after 12 hrs only we should return the product.for a exchange how many time should I go to your store.very bad experience...I am staying 20 km away from ka layout.your staffs are also not trained.given wrong info about the price and exchange policy.
