[Resolved] Healthkart — call Center person Neha playing a prank with the customer when asked about delivery status | |||
I ordered Diapers on 16th October 2014 and estimated delivery date was on 19th October 2014. But they failed to update the status as well in the form as where the product was. When I called Customer care about the same the executive instead of replying me she is chatting in phone with another Colleague of hers regarding eat outs when I have been explaining the issue. I Just don't understand WHAT KIND OF TREATMENT is this?Not even informing to be on hold?? Pathethic experience. I understand there will be delay in delivery of items but why don't you talk and convince the Customers.. Was this information helpful? | |||
