When we called the customer care they told that BY MISTAKE OUR ORDER WAS LEFT AT HK WAREHOUSE AND COULDN'T SHIP. > They told us that within 3 days we will recieve the order. > > Now on 13th August, after 8 days of ordering the product you guys are telling me that our order is CANCELLED because THE PRODUCT IS OUT OF STOCK. > > Also they told me, if you want this product then again order it at the new (current) price. > That is around Rs 7500. As the price are hiked now. > > Its absolute Cheating. > If the product was out of stock, why was my order confirmed.? > If it was out of stock, why i wasn't not informed? > I have been waiting for this product since 8 > days. > > And even if the product was out of stock, its your responsibility to provide me that product as soon as it is available at the same price as which i have ordered it earlier. > Why should i pay 40-50% extra than the price i was promised.
