[Resolved] Healthkart — complaint against your official refusal of order HK[protected] after confirmation and prepaid for the order

I ordered to purchase Cosco Elliptical Trainer CET TRIM 280 of Total Rs. 14705 . I prepaid for this order dated 7 Nov. 2014 and confirmation mail is also send by health kart at 7 Nov. 2014. But after that at 10 Nov. 2014 mail received by health kart with order confirmation number HK[protected] has been cancelled without my permission and didn't response properly. this is a cheat practice. My order, dated 20 Nov, with order confirmation number HK[protected] has been cancelled.
Without any prior notice and without asking me
and You people are not responding to my mail
This is a clear fraud
Not Acceptable
