[Resolved] Healthkart — Delay of shipment | |||
Dear Sir, I am Narendra Patnaik form Brahmapur, Odisha. My order ID# HK[protected]ESN Protein powder) and is booked on 02/10/2014 (pre paid) from Healtkart.com. Its already 15 days past still i have not received the product. In the website status of order tracking its not showing any thing regarding the shipment (Courier name & Way bill) and i have tried several time on their customer care number but they are not responding. Kindly help me and suggest in this regard. We understand your disappointment and we are truly sorry for that. We investigated in the same and got an update from the courier services that the shipment was misrouted and lost, due to which it could not get delivered to you on time. We sincerely apologise for the same.
