[Resolved] Healthkart — Delivery issue from Currier service | |||
This is regarding the order# HK[protected] placed in HealthKart.com. I am very disappointed by the delivery of this particular product. I have received lot of product from healthkart but never experienced this kind of service. The carrier service person you have sent is asking me to come to a place which is 10-15min walking distance from the address I have provided. When I requested him to the place he is unwilling to come here. Could you please let me know behind this kind of attitude or service even though I am paying for this? I would like to know where can I escalate this thing and possible delivery date of my product? Was this information helpful? | |||
