[Resolved] Healthkart — HK[protected] | |||
I ordered On Optimum whey protein on 26th Nov and made the payment. Latest delivery was estimated on 5th Dec. for days the order status showed up as ready to ship. I called the customer care and they told me that it would be delivered in two working days. After two Days I called again and they told me they are facing some issue with delivery and will make sure that it is delivered on priority basis. Again after not receiving any order or EVEN A SINGLE MAIL from healthkart i called again and spoke to one of the supervisors. He told me that the order is escalated to their logistics department and will be delivered within next 48 hours. Still I got not even a mail, let alone the delivery of product. Yet again i called and i was given a tracking id and complaint no. for speed post which i found is not valid. Seriously this is how it works at healthkart? what is the customer supposed to do?
