[Resolved] Healthkart — Product delivered to me was damaged. | |||||
On[protected] i received my muscle-blaze energy whey protein, when i open the outer cartoon, the label on jar was unrofessionaly labeled, and after opening the cap of jar the inner seal was also not proper sealed, after that i have some doubt, i raised the complaint and lot of conservation gone after that they arrange the reverse pickup after 5 days of delivery, and after 7 days from reverse pickup they agreed and call me and tell me that they will replace it with new one, and same day they shipped the same day. I was so happy that they have some kind of good customer support, but when i received and open the product what the hell see, the same jar was again sent, i feel fool that i have to use same suspected product after 16 days (5+7+4). O agin i have to raised my complaint by calling and mailing them the proof, i after again lot conservation they said they are not able to replace. Thats whole process shows that they have no value of there own commitment Was this information helpful? | |||||

Sir I m deep nandi my healthkart order number was HKM[protected].its delivery date on 15th September but it's still undelivered.i made my payment was Rs.3705 through Icici debit card but no information is provided still today. So plz give me the details when I receive my product
