Healthkart — Kaizen Street Football still in-process after 10 days of purchase | |||
I purchased an item (Kaizen Street Football. dated[protected], order no.: HK[protected] from HealthKart. I got a mail for purchase confirmation saying that the item will be dispatched within 10 days. But it has been more than 10 days now and I still didn't hear anything from HealthKart. I called their customer care[protected], I was put on hold for about 15 minutes and an executive came and asked the frequently asked questions. Then I came to know that we both share the same news - "Don't know why is it not shipped...". So calling them was a mistake (waste of time). What am I suppose to do?
