Healthkart — Stag family model Table tennis table not delivered to door step

I ordered Stag family model TT indoor table (model 112) order id[protected]B41178 on 12th May 2014. They finally shipped the item through Safexpress.Safexpress guys came up to our apartment and said they can not bring the wooden panel up to my apartment door, but only keep it down and go as it did not fit in the lift. My wife refused and they went back. It is the responsibility of Healthkart to deliver the ordered items to door step. As it failed to do so, they must refund the amount I paid (Rs 12150.0). I hope they take note of this complaint and act positively.
