[Resolved] Healthkart — Wrong shipment info of Order Id: HK[protected]

I had placed an Order Id : HK[protected] on Dec 1, 2014. The info about shipment given on Healthkart website is totally wrong. This speed post article does not exists. I had tried to contact healthkart on their helpline number but they are unable to give correct info. They just said that my order is sended by them in 2 different parts. I had already paid required amount Rs 515 via Net banking. This kind of behaviour is really not expected from HealthKart.plz help! Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)
Complaint marked as Resolved Resolved. Products are dellivered to me now.healthkart had sended me email regarding correct consignment numbers. HK had also contacted me via phone to solve this matter. HealthKart customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
