[Resolved]  Healthkraft — The worst product quality

I bought an Otibitrack Elliptical cycle [ Healthkraft] brand on 7th Dec 2013 from Sri Balaji Enterprises, KPHB colony, Kukatpally, Hyderabad. I started using right from the first day and from 3rd day problem started from wheel side, I complained the same to the company and they sent mechanic who even dont know how to identify the issue.The funniest part was, he is not a fitness equipment technician but an electrician who even dont have proper tool kit. They dragged the service part for almost 2 weeks and then they took away the entire item to their office and after 2 weeks they rearranged/fitted it and brought back to my home and i felt then that the cycle working properly and it really worked. After 25 days the same problem started again and I complained the same to the management and they sent a Fitness equipment technician. Not i feel that the tech is a real guy and he suggested some new parts to be replaced. The company told me that they can only provide free service but cost of the parts must be paid from my pocket. I agreed the same and they completed the work. I restarted using the cycle. After some 20 days same problem of wheel started again and I complained the same to the company and they sent the tech again. The tech told me that next time some more parts need to be changed. The whole episode as said in the preceding para can be treated as worst product selling and the worst service management by the seller.. I advise every body to please avoid buying any fitness items from the HeatKraft brand. I think this is not a brand but a Chinese made with local labeling. I dont know how far this forum can solve my problem but would like to appeal that please be aware of this company HEALTHKRAFT.. Stay away buying the products of this company.
